The importance of fully activating fluxes is integral in acheiving clean, reliable product. In this case study, we look at a customer who just needed to make some modifications to a double sided reflow profile in order to allow proper solder flow and flux complexing.

Foresite is wrapping up an extensive study comparing C3 test results to SIR performance data. The full report will appear on our website soon. Developers are also working to make improvements to the C3 operating software, and will begin making updates to C3 systems already in the field starting in 2006. Stay tuned for more updates.
